About KLIG Creations

It started with two friends and a dog. During COVID-19 lockdown we found ourselves doing what millions of people did - sitting at home with nowhere to go.

Curled up beside Kim was Gucci - her beloved Pugapoo girl who had a way of making everything feel a little more hopeful just by being there.

One afternoon at the kitchen table Kim looked at her water filter and said what everyone had always thought but never acted on: "Why does this have to be so unattractive?"

Lisa - with a background in manufacturing - said, "What would you change about it?" Kim responded, "I'd make it into a flower."

And so it began. The two of us and one very special dog at a kitchen table during one of the most difficult times in recent memory - determined to create something beautiful.

The idea became a design. The design became a prototype.

The prototype became The Flower Filter - a WQA-NSF42 certified countertop water filter dispenser that sits proudly on kitchen counters across Canada and the USA.

Our name tells the whole story.

Born from friendship, creativity, and one very special girl who sat with us through every idea, every setback, and every breakthrough.

Once The Flower Filter was created Gucci drank filtered water every single day. She was our first and most loyal customer.

Gucci passed away before she could see just how far our kitchen table sessions would take us.

But her spirit lives in every Flower Filter we make.

Every time you pour a glass of pure filtered water know that it started with two friends and a dog who refused to accept that useful things couldn't also be beautiful.
