Where we ship We ship across Canada and to the United States.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Canadian orders We ship within Canada via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping is calculated at checkout, or free on qualifying orders.

United States orders We ship to US customers via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and delivery, as US orders are prepared and dispatched in batches. Shipping costs are shown at checkout in US dollars.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, or included free on qualifying orders. Any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery estimates Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at info@kligcreations.com within 7 days and we'll make it right — see our Return Policy for details.
