We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders and Payment When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is processed securely through our checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion.

Shipping We ship within Canada and the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds Our return and refund terms are described in our Return Policy,  which forms part of these Terms.

Product Use and Disclaimer Our filters are certified to NSF/ANSI 42 standards for the reduction of taste, odor, and chlorine, affecting the aesthetic qualities of water. Our products are not certified to remove health-related contaminants and should not be relied upon to make unsafe water safe to drink. Always follow product instructions for installation, use, and replacement. Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLIG Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
